DOSAGE

Depending on the benefit to be obtained, Nutrimea recommends different types of intake. To counteract swelling of the abdomen, we suggest taking 3 capsules at least 30 minutes before a meal. If, on the other hand, the goal is to eliminate excess gas, the recommended treatment is 3 capsules at least 30 minutes before a meal and 3 capsules after.
